Which iPhones support ProSide?
ProSide requires an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner. This includes iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, and 16 Pro (and their Pro Max variants).
How does the LiDAR scanning work?
Your iPhone's LiDAR sensor sends out light pulses that measure distances to create a precise 3D depth map of the putting surface. ProSide processes this data to calculate slope, break, and the optimal aim point.
Can I use ProSide during a round?
ProSide is designed primarily as a practice and training tool to help you develop better green-reading skills. Check your local rules regarding electronic device usage during competitive play.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. All scan data and performance metrics are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload your green scans to any servers.
How accurate is the green reading?
The LiDAR scanner provides millimeter-level depth accuracy. The quality of the read depends on factors like scan quality, green conditions, and environmental factors. ProSide gives you the best possible visualization of the slope data captured.
